Round buds with a pinkish tip open to double white flowers in November/December. The flower form can be quite variable, ranging from semi-double to an irregular double. With an average growth rate, and a willowy, spreading habit, Mine-no-yuki forms a very attractive, rounded shrub. The flower is not dissimilar to Fuji-no-mine (with which it is sometimes confused), but is generally a little looser in the arrangement of petals. However, Mine-no-yuki blooms much more reliably and profusly than Fuji-no-mine.
