Above and beyond .. January 2, 2012 Reviewer: Beverley Pace from Chislehurst, KE England   Thank you very much for your attention to detail:  I put a message in the 'gift' box but forgot to put the delivery address in.  Someone noticed and phoned me to check and changed the delivery for me, making sure the courier got the right place as well.   The gift was for my sister who said it came in very good condition.
