Received by quickly and packed very well, although I did have concerns with the carrier. Both boxes were left perched up against the front door, when in fact I had left clear instructions to take them through the side gate into the garden. Luckily I live in an area that has very little crime but still I was disappointed that the carrier didn't follow instructions. The plant was healthy and larger than I had expected, there was a very small number of branches damaged in transit but so minor that it will not make a difference to the plant performance. Overall very pleased with my purchase as I have been in the past. Would always order my plants from Trehane.
