Large, pink, anemone-form flowers which are slightly darker at the base of the petals. Pleasantly fragrant, similar to roses. Average growth rate forming a bush of medium density. Flowers drop from the plant when spent. Flowers Feb-May. Originated by J.R. Finlay of Whangarei, New Zealand (1995). Gorgeous Camellia ~ Toni Finlay's Fragrant. March 15, 2023 Reviewer: Deesa Normington from Kentallen Highland Scotland   When I lived in Bournemouth, I used to visit Trehane Nursery regularly every spring, what a treat, Lorraine and the team are fantastic, always very helpful, I can't praise them enough. The camelias are wonderfully cared for, always healthy and beautiful to see in flower. I now live in the West Highlands and brought with me many of my Trehane Camellia's, they are very happy living here. I still in a regular basis purchase Camellia's from Trehane, to add to my collection. Very healthy plant September 8, 2017 Reviewer: Elaine Y from Newcastle upon Tyne , TW England   Plant arrived extremely well packed. The camellia was very healthy lush green leaves and several buds. Very good value for such a beautiful plant. Instruction sheet on caring for your purchase was really helpful too. My first time purchasing from Trehane and very happy and satisfied customer. Handsome camellia. October 18, 2015 Reviewer: Margaret Grant from Grantham, LI England   This handsome and well proportioned  camellia arrived promptly and well packed. I almost missed an email about its arrival time, as it came the same morning and I could have been out. It is a bit on the small side for the price, but as it is rare , I suppose that is why. Nice glossy leaves, with lots of flowering buds. Have bought some ericaceous compost and bark to plant it in a big tub. Was this review helpful to you?
