Camellia williamsii hybrid E.T.R.Carlyon


 
Pure white, semi-double to rose-form double flowers with many petals, and a centre of stamens with rich, yellow anthers. Has a vigorous, upright habit with a tendency to spread, which makes this a good variety for training against a fence or wall, or for use as a hedging plant. Flowers late in the season (April to May) so the flowers are less likely to be damaged by frosts.

Very helpful advice from Trehane about the suitability of this lovely white camellia for my rather difficult spot.  The plant was healthy and in bud, and was carefully packed, and despite a quoted delivery time of three weeks, Ii was very pleased when it arrived in just over a week.

A very healthy plant with a good structure delivered very well packed using plastic coated wire to restrain the main stem and the pot and prevent damage in transit.

Our Camellia williamsii ETR Carlyon (chosen with excellent advice from Trehane) arrived by courier on our chosen date, very well packaged and looking extremely healthy.

It is now planted in the garden (following the care instructions enclosed with the plant) and we are looking forward to seeing it grow into good sized shrub.

I would thoroughly recommend Trehane and would use them again.
